Workshops to Help Your Nonprofit Scale-up

2016 will be a busy year for Public Interest Management Group training workshops.

We’ll be conducting “Strategic Partnerships for Nonprofits: Fresh Approaches to Building Scale, Impact and Sustainability” on March 15 in Sacramento, in partnership with Impact Foundry, Northern California’s revitalized management service organization.

We’ll be leading a new workshop, “Business Planning as a Strategic Tool for Fundraising” in partnership with AFP Advancement Northwest in the Seattle area, on July 19.

We’ll be delivering a customized workshop on nonprofit business model sustainability to children's advocacy executives, through the Western Regional Children's Advocacy Center, this summer.

Nonprofit executives participate in a small group discussion as part of PIMG’s Strategic Partnerships workshop, hosted by NonprofitLeader.org, on January 28 in Seattle.
